What we need

Through the Community Assistance Network (CAN), we administer an intake form, make appointments, send referrals, and administer funding to help people in need. We would like to digitize our current process to collect individual data, run reports, and analyze trends in need, demographics, spending, and outcomes. Our current process includes a fillable PDF, data entered into EXCEL, and appointments in an Outlook Calendar. We are considering Microsoft Forms and Dynamics 365 Customer Voice.

What we have in place
  • We currently have all materials in digital form, which should make it easy for you to get started. We also have access to the full Microsoft Suite, and the ability to provide any other information you need.
How this will help
This project will save us $3,926 , allowing us to invest more money in our community to help keep our neighbors housed, healthy, and thriving.

We have historically worked to connect people to available resources and to leverage the programs and services in our community to poverty. Since the pandemic, the need has increased drastically and we need more efficient processes to handle the volume of calls, appointments, and assistance being provided. Completing this project will add some peace of mind for our advocates working to help those in need, and will help us more efficiently deliver services to our community.
